Research & Analysis: We collaborated with the client's compliance and L&D teams to identify corruption risks, review organizational policies, and understand the real-world ethical situations employees encounter. This research helped define the key learning objectives and business outcomes for the training program.

Learning Experience Design: Based on the findings, we structured the course into clear learning paths covering corruption awareness, conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, vendor interactions, and ethical decision-making. The content was designed to be practical, engaging, and easy to apply in everyday work.

Scenario Design & Development: We developed interactive scenario-based modules where learners make decisions in realistic workplace situations and immediately experience the consequences of their choices. Gamification elements such as progress tracking, quizzes, and achievement badges increased learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Expert Validation & LMS Integration: Subject matter experts reviewed the content to ensure legal and compliance accuracy. The course was integrated into the client's LMS, enabling seamless access, learner tracking, assessment reporting, and completion analytics across the organization.

Testing & Deployment: Before launch, the course was tested across devices and browsers to ensure a smooth learning experience. After deployment, LMS analytics provided insights into completion rates, assessment performance, and learner engagement, helping the organization continuously improve compliance awareness.
